Frames are the newest thing we're making. Soon, every living photo can wear the frame you pick — hang it like a painting, or put it on the TV.

The Difference

Same photo in both frames — the only difference is the time someone put into the color and the light.

LIVING

Give it 30 seconds. A living photo takes its time — watch the colors deepen. That's the whole show.

Chilling at Home — one photo: golden hour on the left, its living night on the right. Tap either small photo and it fills the big screen above. Tap the big screen to see it full size.

Cook at home — or eat out

It's like a good meal. You can cook at home — follow our recipe above, it's free — or you can eat out and let us cook for you. Same recipe, same quality either way. The only difference is who does the work.

Cook at home — the recipe is free. But it's your time, your tries, and your cleanup.

Eat out — it costs a little more, we do all the work, and you just enjoy it.

Already paid? Send your photo here

Paying was step one. Your living photo starts the moment your photo reaches us.

Email my photo →
1Tap the button — your email opens with our address already filled in.
2Attach the photo you love. (For three photos, attach all three.)
3Send it. We make it by hand, check it, and email it back to you.

Paid but got pulled away before sending? Don't worry — we check every payment. If your photo hasn't reached us within a day, we'll email you and ask for it. Nothing gets lost.

How matching works: we pair every photo with its payment before we start. A photo with no matching payment doesn't get made — we reply with the pay link instead. Only paid photos are made.

The Pieces

Every piece started as one ordinary photo. Under each big screen sit two small photos — the regular photo on the left, its living version on the right. Tap either one and it fills the big screen, so you can compare them honestly: no tricks, the living photo wins on its own.

Neon Night Drive — Halloween at the Marquee

One photo at golden dusk — then the light goes to work: the marquee blazes, the car glows, the wet street shines, until it is full neon night. The couple never moves. Only the light does.

The hideout — monitors glowing inside, the Stacks lit up outside the door.

Dinner is done and the laptops come out — the crew, dreaming up what to build next.

The whole crew on the couch, close enough to say hello — evening settling into night.

How we do it — so you can, too

We don't keep secrets. A living photo is a photo you already love, with its light brought to life. Here's our whole recipe — take it and make your own.

It's old art tricks — color, light, and patience. Nothing fancy.

Watch one photo come alive

This is our corner of the world — one photo of home, three moments hiding inside it, then alive.

Chilling at Home — the original photo, golden hour

Sunset — the same photo in golden-hour light

Night — the same photo at neon night
Night

It starts as one photo — yours. Nothing added, nothing faked.

All we do is change the colors, the brightness and the shading. It's like magic — but it's not magic.

Adriana flipping a little book whose pages are the same picture in day, sunset and night light

That's all we're doing — like flipping the pages of a little book: the same picture, its light changing a little each time, and it moves. Anyone can do it. But it takes time — you ask the AI, it makes mistakes, you do it again, and that costs money. Most people don't want to do all that. So we do it for them. That's the service.

After the Feast — one of ours, made with this very recipe.

1Start with a photo you already love.Adriana shows this step
2Never repaint the people. They stay exactly as they are — only the light moves.Adriana shows this step
3Ask the light to perform: day easing into night, a glow growing, reflections waking up. (An AI builder like Lovable does this part with you.)Adriana shows this step
4Make it loop — the end melts back into the beginning, so it can live on a screen forever.Adriana shows this step
5Always keep the original beside it. The difference is the whole point.Adriana shows this step

That's it. Go brighten a photo — and someone's day.

Do it with us

Living Photos is bigger as a group project. Join our Discord and create alongside us — we're brightening photos, and days, together. New makers welcome; bring one photo you love. In our kitchen it's finance during the week and games on the weekends — and building with AI together, the way you see on this page.

The Living Photos crew — the whole gang around the table, holding up their glowing photos

Our dream: teach kids this craft, so they can create — and raise money for their schools and local businesses.

The Short Story

Who it's for

Adriana and the camera roll — a photo sitting flat, waiting

Anyone with a photo they love — the family, the trip, the night that mattered — sitting flat in a camera roll.

What it's for

The Welcome, alive at night

Turning that one photo into a living page: its colors deepen, its light travels from day toward night, and it becomes a page you can open and share.

Adriana holding a photo that is losing its color

What's the problem?

A photo freezes one second and then just sits there. The colors you remember — the gold of that evening, the glow of that night — fade a little more every time you scroll past.

Adriana at her easel, painting a photo back to life

Can you fix it?

Usually, yes — if a photo has good light and color in it, there's a lot to bring out, and we do it by hand. Not every photo takes the treatment equally well.

Adriana at a market stall, checking the price of a framed photo

How much does it cost?

Learning it is free — the recipe is on this page. Having us make yours: $5 for one photo — or $10 for three: buy two, get one free. And if you'd just like to cheer us on, $1 helps us teach the next person.
